For Buyers: Terms of Payment

• 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 days payment terms
• cost of Financing 1% per month 
• Buyer must supply us with Full Address and Office telephone Number as well and name of person responsible for Payment
• in addition we will also need their VAT number

For Sellers: Terms of Payment 

• 3-5 days payment terms
• we will need a signed Exclusive Representation Agreement
• as well as all Licenses
